Due to the excessive use of chemical fuels such as oil and coal, carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide have polluted the air, resulting in greenhouse effect, acid rain and so on. For the development of new energy and the use of renewable clean energy, whether from the point of view of energy or environmental protection is a must. According to experts, solar and other renewable energy can reduce energy consumption for half of the mid twenty-first Century of the world's burden, the use of solar photovoltaic power generation is one of the effective ways to make use of a renewable energy. Get rid of the power of solar PV refrigeration limit, is gradually being accepted slowly.This paper mainly studies the solar photovoltaic power supply to the battery and battery to supply a DC compressor refrigeration system energy saving and environmental protection. On the basis of the original refrigerator, freezer appearance design and solar panels together, panels affixed on the outer wall of the refrigerator or tilt angle placed at the top of the refrigerator, the panels of different display of power, and study the relationship between voltage and current of the ambient temperature and power generation, solar panels. In addition, under the condition of no light, the whole system can maintain the normal working time by the battery power supply.The main work is as follows:(1) build photovoltaic refrigerator experiment station, and the panels and the refrigerator appearance design unifies in together, through experimental test under the same conditions of ambient temperature, solar panels to put electricity power study the best placement, and analyze the reasons.(2) test the ambient temperature, the research on solar panels in what period of time power maximum and to analyze the reasons; relationship between voltage and current detection panels, the measured data are summarized. Through the diagram drawn panels of voltage and current.(3) through experimental tests when no light, filled with battery power, rely on battery maintain freezer in time -5? temperature range.Through experimental research to obtain the best solar panels placed, will be a solar panels toward the South put in freezer, another piece of tilted 45 degrees (toward the South) placed at the top of the refrigerator; different put way, panels of the maximum power generation time period is not the same; panels and the current increases with the increase of the voltage; through simulation experiment in rainy days without sunlight, under the precondition of ensuring the freezer -5?, the system only depend on the storage battery, freezer can work 3 days.
