With the frequent occurrence of fog and haze in China, people attach great importance to environmental pollution, but also a profound reflection on the way of energy development. Energy is an important foundation for the development of the national economy and people's living standards improve, and the traditional energy resources are limited and over exploitation of the environmental problems caused by, seriously restricting the economic and social development, energy innovation management concept to construct consumption patterns for green energy strategy and adapt to the situation of energy development, is the most important issue facing the country. In the modern economic society, all the energy can be changed into electrical energy, and the electric energy relative to other energy has the advantage of more efficient, clean, safe and electrification has become the sign of the development of modern society.
