With the improvement of people's living standards and the state has to increase building energy efficiency requirements, building heating comfort and energy efficiency more and more attention. Radiant floor heating as a new comfortable way of heating, indoor heating applications become increasingly popular. Under article in floor radiant heating background, we developed a conductive concrete to warm materials and hot plate, and the heating test and building heating simulation analysis, the relevant technical measures for the conductive concrete preparation and application is the use of conductive concrete realization of building heating an attempt.Be prepared to carry out a study of conductive concrete. Including the selection of a conductive material; dispersing the conductive material; Design of fabrication process; Design of electrodes; affect the results of different conductive material resistivity.Experimental study on heat conductive concrete slab heating performance followed, conducted. Including design research heating plate; a conductive concrete building heating structural design; hot plate heated Properties; heating uniformity studies; heating process heating plate resistivity change research; and the heating plate basic physical parameters of the test, for subsequent simulation analysis calculated to provide physical parameters.By comparing the conductive concrete heating process simulation and experimental values, verify the accuracy of the analytical method herein. Numerical simulation model of Electrically Conductive Concrete conducted heat transfer analysis using simulation tools to study the effects of different input power per unit area on the indoor warming effect; the impact of different ambient temperatures for indoor heating rate; Conductive concrete indoor heating lowest power requirements.A comprehensive analysis of the test results obtained by the proposed technical measures conductive concrete floor radiant heating applications.
