Research On The Design Method And Application Of Serving Products Combination System In Industrial Parks Based On QFD

Industrial parkis important space gathered form for regional,economic development,industrial adjustment and promotion and is laden with responsibilities for a series of important missions like gathering the innovation resource,fostering emerging industries,promotingurbanlizationconstruction and so on.With the constant improvement of the level of science and technology,choice behaviors of the enterprisesandcompanies are increasing effected by the construction and development of industrial park service system.A perfect service system can attract a large number of powerful enterprises and then attract a rapid development for industrial parks.So,aggressive investigation will be very necessary for the construction of industrial park service systemin theory.Based on the above analysis,in this thesis,concepts about service product are introduced into the design of service product in industrial park.Then,the method of quality function deployment(QFD)is used to design service composition system of the industrial park.The main research works as below in this thesis are summarized:(1)Firstly,service items of industrial parks are investigated and classified.And then,theory of service product is introduced into the research of industrial park.Finally,a combination system framework is provided about service products of industrial park.(2)The constructionprocess about quality house in designing service products of industrial park is given based on the design method of QFD.(3)Based on the designing process about service products of industrial park,the thesis gives a summarization about the investigation on entered enterprises in industrial park of X big data.Considering demand factors of entered enterprises,Quality house of composite system about service products in industrial park of X big data is built.In the end,service defects about the industrial park of X big data are found out,and focus of the future work to be defined.Based on the study of this thesis,there exists deficiencies in industrial park of X big data,including service platform for industry development,professional services,human resources service,investment and financing services and so on.Several suggestions as below are given: organize expert service team and improve the ability of professional services,provide investment and financing guaranteeservices combined with the local government preferential policies,perfect the service platform for industrial development,enhance university-enterprise cooperation and dredge talent pipeline.
