| Hydraulic engineering concrete pier crack phenomenon is widespread.The cracks of the pier often caused by a variety of factors,but it is also possible that the cracks caused by only one reason.For a long time,the engineering is generally considered that the pier stress is not large,so it is general rarely study the stress analysis of the pier.But in actual engineering,cracks were often found in the central of the pier,with vertically cracks extending from the bottom up through the concrete pier.So the pier stress analysis and calculate the force conditions of piers is very necessary.This article is set in a domestic hydraulic engineering,based on abaqus commercial finite element analysis software,respectively modeling the pier before and after reinforcement,and then carried on the finite element analysis.Through the analysis of the pier stress,finding pier cracking reasons,and putting forward the reinforcement measures,then the finite element analysis was carried out on the pier after reinforcement,compared the stress distribution with the pier before strengthening,analyzing the reinforcement effect,providing a reference of design and reinforcement for similar engineering.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.This paper expounds the domestic and foreign research progress of the pier stress analysis method,introduces the causes of formation of cracks in the pier,and introduces the existing pier reinforcement method in detail.2.I collect the general situation,hydrologic meteorological conditions and engineering geology of the support projects,describe the distribution and the application of crack in the engineering and the main conclusion of the field detection,statistical analyse the current situation of the pier crack,and put forward the necessity of the pier reinforcement.3.Using abaqus software to build the pier dimensional finite element model,to calculate pier stability under four kinds of conditions,compared to the results of the four cases,and comparative analyze the calculation results of the elastic mechanics model of concrete pier and the elastoplastic mechanics model,verified the rationality of the pier concrete elastoplastic model and the accuracy of the calculation results.4.Based on the results of three-dimensional finite element model calculation and design the pier reinforcement scheme,put forward the gap filling glue on the crack sealing treatment,with externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced;and shallow groove bonding strip steel plate reinforcing sector reinforced proposed by gap filling glue onthe crack sealing treatment,with externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced;and shallow groove bonding strip steel plate reinforcing sector reinforced and improve the tensile capacity of the sector.Improve the tensile strength of the sector area.5.Based on the previous abaqus model,according to the design of reinforcement,the reinforcing plate is fitted to the model,to analyse the change of the stress and displacement and the carrying capacity of the pier structure before and after the reinforcement,and to evaluate the workability of the pier state after reinforcement.6.Calculated on the basis of pier engineering crack treatment analysis,the development of cracks can be effectively controlled by the external bonding steel,to provide scientific guidance for the construction and operation of the actual project. |
