Compared with ordinary concrete structure,prestressed concrete structure doesn’t only make a great improvement on stiffness and crack resistance, but also save materials, reduce the weight of structure. In addition, the prestressed concrete structure appears to be smaller size, stronger stiffness, more bearing capacity and better seismic performance comparatively. Prestressed concrete structure has been widely used in industrial、civil engineering and transportation construction in recent years, such as prestressed hollow floor slab, roofing beam, also used in hydraulic structures like building docks, gate, surge chamber, pressure pipe, bridge work, hydropower station roof beam and crane beam, even reinforce the dam, line the tunnel etc by pre pressure method. As an important developing direction of hydraulic structure engineering, prestressed pier is an important application of this technology in the water conservancy construction aspect.Pier plays an important role in separating sluice gate pass, bearing water pressure as the drainage building, as the crest of bridge support. Technology of prestressed concrete structure, can make the pier, radial gate support, prestressed tendons work coherently so as to achieve control the tensile stress zone of the pier, which can significantly improve the working performance of the pier in normal using course. However, stress on anchor block and hinge region is more complex than general prestressed component, it needs us to consider more about the spatial effect, the group anchor effect and other traditional calculation methods which are difficult to solve, but because of the greater arc door thrust and flood effect, it makes the pier components stress more complex. In order to know more about the effect and the stress condition of pier structure under static loads, and stress distribution of the reinforcement plate girder and the pier after additional reinforcement, it is needed to calculate and analysis on three-dimensional static of structure according to the pier reinforcement scheme, which will provide the calculation basis for the pier reinforcement and safe operation of structure, provide reference for relevant hydropower station design and construction.Combine the sluice reinforcement of a hydropower engineering, the three-dimensional finite element model of prestressed anchor cable with reinforcement design was established reasonably by the international general finite element software ANSYS, anchor cable pretension force was applied according to the point position, various load combination and conditions combination were reasonably considered, it determined the effect of the pre pressed and stress and strain characteristics of the structure under static load, analyzed deeply on the control condition after strengthening, summarized characteristics of Prestressed Pier three-dimensional finite element analysis more comprehensively to promote the development of three dimensional finite element analysis of complex hydraulic structure, and provided the theory basis for subsequent maintenance and construction of this project.
