Analysis Of Rural Residential Areas Potential In Keerqinyouyizhong Banner

Rural settlement area takes up the majority percentage of rural-urban construction land use in our country. As the social and economical development increases the use need of rural-urban construction land, limited land for economical use and transition difficulty of rural Land accelerates the transformation speed of rural land to construction land. Another factor that accelerates the transformation speed of rural land use is that rural settlement area is underutilized, misused or just abandoned, and unreasonable use of rural land makes the environment worse, infrastructure construction harder and makes it hard for the farmers and herdsmen to have a quality daily lives. During recent years, the central government and the local government have made more and more effort to the transformation of rural settlement area, and the potential use research of rural settlement area has become a hot academic thing.Based on analyses of research background of consolidation potential of rural residential areas, research significance, research progress and theoretical basis at home and abroad, utilization and existing problem of rural residential areas, the paper calculates theoretical consolidation potentials of rural residents through per capita construction land standard. On the basis of location, social economy and land use, step-wise correction system for consolidation potential is built. Index weight is determined through analytic hierarchy process and entropy method, and evaluations are made in consolidation potential of rural residential areas through comprehensive evaluation method. Consolidation schedule of studied rural residential areas is determined through TOPSIS.Conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of data of topographic surveying among studied rural residential areas, rural residential areas can be divided into aggregation pattern and scatter pattern. Analysis of internal situations of 12 sampling villages selected from each pattern shows that arable land accounts for 41.49%, the largest proportion of total residential area in villages of scatter pattern, followed by idle land which accounts for 37.21%. In villages of scatter pattern, there is 12.20% house site, 6.33% forest area and 2.77% road. However, in villages of aggregation pattern, house site accounts for 44.67%, the largest proportion of total residential area, followed by idle land accounting for 26.25%. There is 18.03% arable land,6.87% forest area and 4.01% road.(2)Limiting factors of rural residential areas in Keerqinyouyizhongbanner, such as location, social economy and land use, decrease the feasible potential. Administrative villages are significantly different in limiting factors. Correction coefficient of locations of rural residential areas in 173 administrative village in Keyouzhongqi ranges from 0.0439 to 0.9555, correction coefficient of their social economies ranges from 0.1525 to 0.7576 and that of their land uses ranges from 0.0027 to 0.8126. Through per capita construction land standard, the theoretical consolidation potential of rural residential areas in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner is measured to be 12,426.99 hectares, with only 2066.33 hectares after correction using the three limiting factors.(3)Consolidation schedule of rural residential areas in 173 administrative villages in Keerqinyouyizhong Banner is analyzed through TOPSIS. Based on the analysis, rural residential areas in in Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner are divided into recent consolidation, medium consolidation and long-term consolidation, whose areas are, in order, 1278.37 hectares,656.93 hectares and 131.01 hectares, and whose proportions of residential areas are, in order,19.37%,11.41%,2.90%.
