| In rural residential areas,Rural settlement,as carriers of people’s living functions and some production functions,has not been scientifically and effectively guided for a long time.With the improvement of the economic level and living conditions in rural areas,villagers have higher demands for the production and living functions of rural settlements.The abundance of material and spiritual life leads to the change of the needs of farmers.When the functions of existing residential areas are not enough to meet the needs,the inefficient use of land for rural residential areas and the gradual hollowing out of villages will occur.Scattered distribution of residential areas,multiple houses for one family,hollow villages and other phenomena not only lead to the low utilization efficiency of rural construction land,but also impede the expression of other function.There are four kinds of contributions in this paper.First,based on summarizing the previous studies,this paper tries to build an evaluation index system,which is focused on living space function and land suitability of rural residential areas,to divide different areas.Second,the theoretical remediation potential of the rural homestead is calculated and classified in two different units.Third,the urgency index system of countryside homestead is constructed.Four,the final remediation timing arrangement and key remediation units are defined by the superposition of the remediation potential and urgency evaluation results through the time management priority matrix.All the above contents are illustrated by the empirical study of Macheng city.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the results of the living space function and land suitability of rural residential areas,all towns and townships in Macheng city can be divided into four types of remediation areas,including 9 priority remediation areas,5 key remediation areas,3 moderate remediation areas and 2 temporary non-remediation areas.Different types of remediation areas should take different remediation measures.(2)According to the zoning results,Tiemengang township and Sanhekou town were selected as sample towns to calculate the potential of homestead.The potential level of these sample towns can be divided into three levels: high potential area,medium potential area,and low potential area.The study found that the total area of rural homestead in Tiemengang township is 453.72 hectares and the theoretical potential of renovation is 133.28 hectares,taking a portion of 29.37%.The total theoretical potential of Sanhekou town is 7.37 hectares,while the theoretical potential rate is only 2.7%.The potential value of some renovation units in Sanhekou is negative.(3)There are three levels of urgency of the renovation in Tiemengang and Sanhekou: high urgency,medium urgency,and low urgency.Through overlaying it with the potential results,five renovation units in Tiemengang and 9 units in Sanhekou are identified as the priority remediation area,including liangting village.(4)Some specific renovation modes and measures are summarized according to the research results,providing reference for the future rural residential area renovation and homestead optimization. |
