As exhaust emission and energy consumption of traditional automobiles cause global environment deterioration and energy crisis,Therefore fuel cell vehicles has become the research focus in the field on the current car for its zero-pollution and wide material sources.In this paper,taken as a prototype,a domestic economic automobile was converted into a hybrid fuel cell one without any changes of its basic parameters and performance targets,and studing its power system and control strategies,which provides reference for the following research.In this paper,Firstly,a double power structure of fuel cell+energy storage was built by comparison,and the optimal structure was chosen by calculating the driving efficiency of different topology structures.Then the structure of fuel cell system and the fundamentals of fuel cell had been realized,the suitable power components were confirmed after properties of power components had been analyzed comparatively.Nest,the original vehicle simulation and test results are compared to verify the reliability of the numerical calculation method used in this paper and simulations models of power components and vehicle were built on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink.The main parameters of driving motor was obtained by calculation.What’s more, FCEV simulation was conducted by ADVISOR,and from the perspective of power and economy,the power allocation of power resources,the match of energy storages were solved.Finally,two control strategies of the following power and on-off one were analyzed,and implementation process of the following power in ADVISOR is described,and two control strategies are simulated.The simulation results show that different methods of power allocation lead to very different power and economy.An optimal power allocation scheme is obtained by analysis andcomparison.In the fuel cell hybrid power system of CS,battery with higher specific energy does not have advantages,because the mileage of vehicle mainly depends on the capacity of the hydrogen tank.It can be concluded that for the ability of improving economy and acceleration performance by its high specific power,the super capacitor is more suitable to be used as the energy storage than the storage battery.The following control strategy can make up the problem of over charge and over discharge of energy storage,and the fuel cell is reduced frequently and the power output is guaranteed.the power follwing control strategy is better than on-off control strategy in power and economy performance.
