Due to the problems of short driving range and low charging efficiency,the promotion of pure electric vehicles is subject to many restrictions.Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are considered to be one of the most promising new energy sources due to their long range,high energy conversion rate,and pollution-free emissions.At present,hydrogen fuel cell vehicle power-driven energy storage systems are mostly research on dual energy sources,but this type of configuration cannot be considered simultaneously in terms of function play,component protection,and power economy.Therefore,it is necessary to design higher power density and energy.Density and well-coupled power system and achieve good control to improve the power,durability and fuel economy of the vehicle.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts the configuration of a hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power system composed of three energy sources of fuel cell,battery and super capacitor.Based on the characteristic advantages of each energy source in this configuration,the system parameter matching is completed,the energy management strategy is deeply studied,the system design is simplified,and the system and its control strategy are simulated and verified.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the dynamic index and working condition characteristics,the parameter design of the vehicle hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power system was completed,and the simulation verified that the design of the hybrid power system met the dynamic index setting,and the parameter matching of the hybrid power system was completed;(2)Established a simulation model of various energy components of the vehicle hydrogen fuel cell hybrid system under MATLAB / SIMULINK environment,and secondary development of ADVISOR2002 software to complete the vehicle modeling;(3)A control strategy based on hierarchical management is designed.Simplify the three-energy problem into a familiar dual-energy problem,and carry out simulation verification to achieve efficient control of the three-energy source system.Then through simulation and comparison with the dual energy source power systemwith fuel cell and battery,it is concluded that the system designed in this paper is superior in power performance,energy conversion efficiency and energy component protection;(4)The energy management strategy of a three-source hybrid system of hydrogen fuel cells for vehicles based on power following,logic threshold filtering,wavelet changes and other methods is designed and embedded in the vehicle model for simulation verification and comparison.Meet the design requirements,in which the hybrid power system control strategy based on wavelet transform of composite power supply has more advantages in durability.
