With the development of modern industry, the request of the environmental pollution and the reinforced concrete chimney is getting higher. So it is important to have the further discussion of the chimney's wind vibration performance. This paper mainly has completed the following parts of the work:(1) This paper selects the appropriate material parameters and build finite element analysis model of reinforced concrete chimney.(2) This paper uses AR linear filtering method to simulate the structure of the chimney of the pulse wind velocity and calculates the corresponding time history of wind load on the chimney structure. Then the paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the structure. Finally, the wind load is applied to the structure. Dynamic time history analysis of reinforced concrete chimney is conducted. The horizontal displacement, velocity, acceleration of the chimney under the action of wind load and so on is calculated.(3) Then it calculates the temperature field of reinforced concrete chimney and obtains the temperature curve of chimney barrel wall under high temperature. From the heating curve we can find: the initial stage of the heating the temperature changes quickly, at last the temperature rises slowly. The temperature distribution of the structure section has the rule:the internal temperature is higher, the external temperature is lower.(4)Then the analysis of the temperature effect of the reinforced concrete chimney is carried out and the response of the chimney to the wind load and the high temperature flue gas is obtained. It comes to the conclusion: when considering the temperature of the chimney, the peak displacement of the chimney and the peak velocity of the chimney are significantly increased. Furthermore, with the increase of temperature, the effect of temperature becomes more and more significant. So, the design should consider from many aspects to ensure that the structure is applicable and safe.
