Temperature distribution, temperature effect from temperature distribution and temperature control problem in construction of long span prestressed concrete(PC) box-beam bridge have attracted attention of bridge experts and researchers both at home and abroad.In this paper, a temperature gradient mode of long span PC box -beam bridge can be concluded, which is appropriate for the region characteristics in the bridge place, by the temperature field measuring and the simulation calculation and analysis of finite element software for long span PC box-beam bridge. By the comparison of corresponding norms about temperature load in bridge design standard home and abroad, it can be concluded that the result is reliable and the way of calculation is feasible, which can be the advice for the standard revision.By ANSYS finite element software, the simulation solid model of temperature field was established during cantilever construction of T frame. By the calculation and analysis of solar temperature effect during PC box bridge construction and the comparison with observational data in the scene, the simulation model of temperature field can be justified reasonable and temperature effect can be obtained during the construction of long span PC box-beam bridge. It can be concluded that the temperature effect during operation can not be ignored, for it is possible to become a major factor cause box beam crack, which should attract designers' attention. It is testified that the temperature gradient mode of this paper is reasonable and the result is in accordance with BS5400 and Chinese road bridge standard.This paper reasonable maintenance measures for the bridge, effective ways to temperature control and prevention of temperature crack are put forward, and the precautions are also be achieved for the design and construction about box-beam temperature, which can be for the reference of project designers and field construction.
