With the rapid development of China’s economy and the constant improvement of the industrial automation level of demand, the measurement requirement of the flow signal becomes more and more high. The volume flowmeter is developed and applied in a large number of instruments. But because of the gear meshing will produce vibration and fluid flow complexity, which the volumetric flowmeter can only be applied to the hydraulic system in the hydraulic system of the oil return side. Obviously, the dynamic flow measurement in the hydraulic system is a difficult problem in the hydraulic test, especially the dynamic flow measurement of the high pressure side.A new type of planetary gear flowmeter has been studied based on the structure of traditional gear flow meter in this paper. The structure of flow meter, the structure of testing component and testing principle were introduced. The flow rate and the geometry of the flowmeter were calculated, the parameters of the flow meter gear parameters were optimized by MATLAB software, and the parameters were checked. In workbench, the flow pressure of the flowmeter was simulated, and the application of material was studied. The applicability of flow meter materials has been studied, and the feasibility of replacing alloy steel with nylon material has been obtained.The servo valve dynamic flow signal system has been built and simulated in AMESim software. Give specific signal for system of servo valve was simulated. The response of the dynamic hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic system was studied. When the flow rate is measured by bypass method, the relationship between the flow signal and the response of the branch circuit and the dynamic hydraulic cylinder was studied.The overflow valve is one of the important components in the pressure control, so the simulation model of the relief valve was designed in the FLUENT simulation software, The mesh of the model was partitioned in GAMBIT. Slide valve type and cone core type relief valve to measure the flow effect on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system flow in bypass method was studied when in the same load and the same inlet velocity.At the end of this research, the idea of finding the flow signal with the displacement signal of the dynamic hydraulic cylinder has been put forward. Experimental bench of servo valve dynamic flow signal was processed. The working principle, main components and operation flow of the test bench were introduced. Under different conditions, the dynamic hydraulic cylinder displacement signal acquisition experiment was done, the speed signal was processed, and the response of the hydraulic cylinder to the dynamic flow signal of the hydraulic system was studied. The result is the same as the original signal of the system.
