| The study of the dynamic characteristics of the gas meter was a particularly difficult problem to solve because of the gas density willed change greatly with the change of temperature and pressure.The dynamic characteristics of gas meter,at present,was analyzed theoretically.There were not many devices to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of gas meter,which was a great hindrance to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the gas meter.In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the gas meter,the piston dynamic gas flow rate generator was developed.The stable dynamic gas flow rate generation source was provided by the piston dynamic gas flow rate generator to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the gas meter.This paper introduced the research status of gas meter dynamic characteristics and dynamic gas flow rate generator.The research on piston dynamic gas flow rate generator was put forward.Simulation model of the device was constructed in AMESim and the simulation research was carried out.The results showed that there were no linear correspondence between export form of the flow rate and velocity of the piston.In order to get the ideal dynamic gas flow rate,the simulation model was made into a closed-loop system,and the simulation of the sine flow rate and the square flow rate was carried out.The results show that the square flow rate was difficult to export,but the sine flow rate export was ideal.The maximum relative error was 0.045%of the sine flow rate export.Controller of the device was developed based on DSP for special requirements of the piston velocity.Software design of the control system of the device was completed.The experimental study of air tightness,sine flow rate export,square flow rate export,was carried out.The results showed that the device was difficult to export the square flow rate.A flow rate over 0.323g/s and a frequency of the sine flow rate export was 0.1Hz can be acquired when the nominal flow rate of sonic nozzle was 1m~3/h. |
