| Based on the analysis of coordinate measuring technology of large size space, aiming at some problems of traditional transmitters applied in field work, studied the design method of top mounted transmitter of wMPS, to avoid the disadvantages that the planes of transmitter are vulnerable to be blocked, expansion is not flexible enough and duplicate calibration process of transmitters’ outer parameters due to the condition that the position of transmitters were forced to change. In order to achieve a result that once transmitters were deployed, the measuring system can be used for a long time and easy to expand. Completed the analysis and design of top mounted transmitter’s mechanical structure, inside hardware design and control system. Finally, the simulations and experimental validation of measurement system were accomplished. The main research work of this thesis is as follow:1. Based on the measuring theory of wMPS, the photoelectric scanning method of angle intersection coordinate measuring technology were studied. Mainly analyses the influence factors of transmitter’s blind area and angle measuring error. The installation position of scanning lasers was determined.2. In view the demand of the top mounted transmitter’s inside hardware circuit, have analyzed and selected the important part of hardware system. The overall architecture and detailed realization of the hardware circuit have been completed.Experimental tests were carried out for the main part of the circuit performance.3. According to the unified control demand of transmitters in filed network measurement, a wireless centralized control system was build. The measuring host can manage and control the transmitters centrally, and according to need to increase the transmitter node. Flexible extension of network measurement field range was achieved. Further develop the advantages of measuring system for multi and parallel tasks.4. Use a combination way of theory and simulation, analyzed the blind area and intersection measurement precision of the top mounted transmitters, and as a reference, the actual experiments were finished. |
