Vortex flowmeter has many advantages,and it has been widely used in the petrochemical and other industrial environments. Due to the complexity of the work environment, vortex flowmeter,which is sensitive to vibration,can be interfered by mechanical vibration and lead to measurement error.In order to solve this problem,in this article,the new measurement method for vortex probe design are discussed.The research status of vortex flowmeter and working principle are introduced.Through the comparison between different anti-vibration vortex probe,the new method of vortex probe design based on acceleration measurement is proposed.The main completed works,in this article,about the new design method are as followed:(1)To prove,by the way of experiments,the exciting force of the single direction will diffuse among pipeline transmission.(2)Through mounting the acceleration sensor on the end of probe, the prototype probe is create.And the experiment prove the strategy right with this new measurement method at the Tianjin University flow device.(3)Using theoretical mode analysis method calculate the mode frequency and mode shape of single end fixedly supported cantilever beam structure.(4)Using the finite element analysis software,the new probe structure modal analysis is carried out.For recognizing modal frequency and modal shape,this article propose the method of modal participation factor.(5)Different thickness and material of the combined probe are analyzed by mode method,then carry out an effective way to wide the working frequency band.(6)Different thickness and material of the combined probe are analyzed by harmonic method based the modal superposition method,then find out a better material and thickness of probe.Finally according to the simulation result design new vortex probe which paste miniature acceleration sensor.The expected effect was reached after experimental verification.
