In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of living standards. More and more large-span building appears all over the world. In order to meet the need of appearance and function, the span of building is more and more big and the form of building is more and more complex, so temperature effect has become a factor that can not be ignored during the design of large-span structure. The change of temperature may cause insufficient strength and rigidity of the components, thus the quality and safety of the whole structure will be affected, large-span structure is often crowded place, once the structure damage will cause an immeasurable loss. It is necessary for temperature effect analysis of large-span structure, the internal force and deformation of the structure under the effect of temperature will be known, some measures will be taken to prevent the potential dangerous caused by temperature, then theoretical support of the design and optimization of large-span structure will be supported.The research object is large-span steel roof structure, with the steel roof structure of Guangzhou international sport stadium as the background, numerical simulation analysis of temperature effect of large-span steel truss roof is done. The main work is as follows:Firstly, this paper elaborated the research status of temperature effect of large-span structure at home and abroad systematically, summarized the classification and characteristics of large-span steel structure. The research status of structural bearings at home and abroad are discussed, introduced the classification and application of structural bearings.Secondly, using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the temperature stress and deformation and its influence factors are analyzed, results calculated by ANSYS and SAP2000 are compared to verify the accuracy of the stress and deformation results,deformation and stress influence law of structural span and height of concrete column and temperature difference are acquired. According to the temperature difference influence law of temperature effect of large-span steel roof, advice of determination of temperature upon healing of large-span steel roof are put forward.Thirdly, with the large-span steel roof structure of Guangzhou international sport stadium as the background, the finite element analysis model was established. Considering the load condition of steel roof structure with and without temperature effect, the bar stress and displacement of key nodes are analyzed, and then the relationship between structural internalforce and deformation is concluded. The analysis results show that temperature will have a significant impact on internal force and deformation, so enough attention should be paid to temperature effect during the structure design.Finally, measures that can reduce the temperature effect of large-span steel structure is discussed, mainly about the design of structural bearings. According to different bearing constraints and spring stiffness, the finite element model of the steel roof structure was established, and the influence of bearing form and spring stiffness to the temperature effect of the structure are analyzed. Meanwhile, the natural vibration period and vibration mode and deformation and stress of the structure under the two kinds of plan of using the fixed hinge bearing and movable hinge bearing are compared, some suggestion about the design of large-span steel roof structural bearings are put forward combined with the engineering practice.
