Using isolation technology to enhance the seismic capability of structures is the important ways of reduce the building earthquake damage, and the lead core rubber isolation bearings wide application is a product type of wide application. The lead core rubber isolation bearings have advantages of vertical stiffness and good bearing performance. It can effectively absorb seismic energy to reduce the destruction of the building, and the hysteretic energy dissipation characteristics mainly depend on the yield shear force, the initial shear stiffness and after the yield stiffness. At present, in the process of vibration isolation design, adopt mechanical properties which are obtained by static test parameters directly into the program the method of analysis, at the same time the bearing required to use third-party support of sampling observation, and it can be used directly in engineering as long as meet the requirement of error. We can't understand the problem what the mechanical properties of the bearing have some changes compared with static and how much have changed. So in order to better research lead core rubber isolation bearings mechanical properties of difference between the action of static and dynamic, it can provide the reference and advice in the correct isolation design. this paper carried out the lead rubber bearing comparative study on the static and dynamic performance, the specific content, including the following aspects.1.The Test Research on the Static Performances of Lead Rubber Seismic Isolation Bearings. Input sine wave, get a force- displacement hysteresis curve, calculated after yield stiffness, yield force, equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio.2.The Test Research on the Dynamic Performances of Lead Rubber Seismic Isolation Bearings. Place the bearing on the simulated earthquake vibration table, respectively corresponding seismic wave input sine sweep, get a force-displacement hysteresis curve, the bearing mechanics performance results compared with the static characteristics. Analysis the lead bearing mechanics performance parameters under the action of static and dynamic, study the relationship and the fitting relation between them, by revising the static performance to reflect the real dynamic characteristics, provide the basis for vibration isolation design.3.The Finite Element Numerical Simulation and Comparison. With finite element software ABAQUS, the establishment of three-dimensional bearing model, according to provide support in a specific reasonable mechanical parameters, and the corresponding numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the bearing, the numerical analysis and the corresponding static test results were analyzed.
