With the continuous consumption of energy and environmental pollution intensifies,green energy has become the focus of people,especially in recent years on the development and utilization of solar energy,what is unprecedented.Articles mainly in the commonly used method of maximum power point tracking based on combination methods of constant voltage and variable step hysteresis comparison method,and designs the hardware circuit of the solar system,using Matlab / Simulink of the system to establish simulation model and make a test of physical.Firstly,the composition of the solar system is introduced,including solar cell,battery and solar charging system,and their classification and working principle of the analysis.Then,the solar charging established a mathematical model for simulation,according to simulation of U-I u-p curve proposed maximum power point tracking principle,and the common maximum power point tracking method are introduced and analyzed,including the constant voltage method,perturbation and observation method,incremental conductance method and so on.Combined with the advantages of some common maximum power point tracking method,the constant voltage and variable step hysteresis comparison method,and carries on the analysis and modeling.Subsequently,according to the control requirement of the system hardware circuit design,main step-down regulator circuit,counter circuits,information collection,Buck chopper,and so on.STC15F2K60S2 as the core of the system,combined with peripheral information acquisition circuits and control circuits,software programming,the efficient charging system,control,light control during discharge.Finally,the simulation of the whole system model,analysis and comparison of simulation results under different conditions.Simulation and perturbation and observation method,the results of the comparative analysis.Through the design of hardware circuit of the above PCB,the welding device for physical performance test.
