In recent years, with people to the use function of architecture and architectural form requirement enhances unceasingly, especially in the residential area, high-rise building of the upper floors for residential and hotel,the bottom floor for business be used more. This arrangement about upper part of the small space, the lower part of the large space tends to form irregular vertical. At the same time the irregular uneven slab cause irregular plane.So the irregular building form leads to the stress of the structure becomes very complex.(1)The vertical stiffness of structure prone to mutation(2)The transfer story slab need to transfer shear from non ground shear wall to ground shear wall, therefore the slab under large shear produce stress concentration easyly.(3)The floor at concave department under earthquake produce stress concentration. floor As the main structure of the horizontal member transmitte force to lateral force-resisting member under earthquake.The floor make the building into a complete lateral force resisting system, so the floor need to stress analysis and seismic design.This paper takes a frame-supported shear wall of irregular plane in He Fei as an example, analyze the structure after the following work:(1)By using the SATWE program, response spectrum analysis and elastic time interval analysis of the structure are made,and the result shows that earthquake resistant behavior of this structure comforts code requirement,and the structure Can achieve "no damage in small earthquake" seismic performance objective.(2)By using Midas Building program,three models of no-pulling plate,pulling beam and pulling plate at concave department were established to analyse the floor stress.And the result shows that the model of pulling plate is good, it can Ease the off-gauge problems.(3)By using the Midas Building program, the floor stress of transfer story slab are analyzed.The result shows that the transfer story slab's shear meet specification requirements,the slab can transfer Non ground shear wall's shear.(4)By using the Midas Building program,the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake are made.The result shows that the structure meet the the requirement of “no collapse under strong earthquake”.Based on the above analysis:the overall structure has good bearing and deformation capacity,each component meet the expected seismic fortification goal.It can provide a reference for similar engineering design.
