In order to meet the demands of different using functions, high-rise buildings develop in the direction of comprehensive diversity functions and complex shapes. As one common application form of high-rise building structures, transfer floor structure have to deal with many security problems in the design and construction, due to the diversity transformation forms and complex stress. The discontinuity vertical force components and uneven structure stiffness of transfer floor structure can lead to the mutation of inner force and displacement, even make influence on the seismic performance including the bearing capacity and stability of structures which are under seismic action. In view of the influence of seismic performance about transfer floor location, the thesis establishes the beam transfer floor structure models of frame-supported shear wall structure, with the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The thesis aims at research the influence of transfer floor locations about structure internal force, deformation and seismic performance by the ABAQUS plastic damage models and SATWE whole structure models. Researches on the high-low transformation of transfer floor structure can play a significant role in the seismic design guidance.The thesis mainly consists of following parts:1. Analysis the material mechanical properties of beam transfer floor structure model and build the concrete plastic damage model and steel bar constitutive model of reinforced two lines.2. Establish the beam transfer floor structure model about the reinforced floors in ABAQUS and adopt the method of dynamic elastic-plastic analysis to do seismic research about dynamic response characteristics including stress concentration, mutation of inter-story drift and plastic damage.3. Establish the beam transfer floor structure whole model about frame-supported shear wall structure in SATWE and adapt response spectrum analysis method and dynamic elastic time history method to analyze the seismic performance. Through adjusting the transfer floor locations, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of the inter-story drift, shear force and seismic response force, also researches the seismic performance of the whole structure and weak layers with different conditions and different transfer floor locations.4. Adopt the static elastic-plastic analysis method to research the characteristics about inter-story, shear strain and plastic hinge, also analyze the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of the structure and summary the seismic performance influence rules on different locations of transfer floor.
