Now the assembly structure has been put into practice in the actual project has shown its own relative to the ordinary reinforced concrete structure of many advantages,that is able to enhance the level of automation and improve efficiency,speed up the progress of the project, reduce site construction,full construction of green environmental protection;can meet the requirements of today’s green development of the construction industry.There are many disadvantages in the assembly structure,it is difficult to meet the demand of the stress of the low reliability and integrity of the assembly joints in the aspect of the structure seismic resistance.so it leads to a new type of assembly structure, that is, steel plate concrete structure;This kind of structure was originally put forward by foreign scholars and carried out the experimental research on the mechanical properties of steel plate cage concrete short columns and joints.At present, there are few researches on the related research of steel cage structure system in China, and the research results have not yet been found in the concrete frame structure of the steel cage;Therefore, this paper will study the seismic performance of the assembled steel cage concrete frame.This article will according to the requirements of the project of a reinforced concrete frame structure,after prototype calculation and scaled test design, a pin cast-in-place steel cage concrete structure and a pin assembly type steel cage concrete frame structure under low cyclic load reflects the seismic performance is analyzed.Finite element analysis software is used to simulate the hysteretic behavior, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the frame,from the theoretical and numerical simulation of the two aspects of the assembly type steel cage concrete frame structure under pseudo static conditions of the relevant characteristics,analysis of seismic performance of assembled steel plate cage concrete frame structure,the relevant experimental scheme and research results provide reference for further experimental study and analysis of the assembled steel plate cage concrete structure system,the theory and method can be used for reference for the practical application of the assembled steel plate cage concrete frame.The main research contents and results are as follows;The ANSYS software program is used to simulate the design of the pseudo dynamic test frame;The three groups of frames are modeled using the integrated modeling approach,considering the semi-rigid connection of the connection of the assembled steel plate cage concrete frame column.Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure,two kinds of steel cage concrete can improve the energy dissipation capacity of the frame,the increasing degree of the work specific index of the cast in situ concrete frame is higher than that of the steel plate cage concrete frame;The ductility of the frame model under low cyclic loading is improved,The yield strength and ultimate strength of the concrete structures of the two groups were improved in different degrees,meet the requirements of the frame with ductility.Generally speaking,due to the advantages of the integral aspect of the assembled steel cage concrete frame,the seismic performance is better than that of the ordinary reinforced concrete structure.On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation,in the design and construction of steel plate cage concrete frame, the principle of internal force analysis is proposed,to provide practical experimental program test theory and data analysis basis for the application of the test of the assembled steel cage frame,to promote the type of structural system in the domestic research and development and future practical application. |
