With the development of world economy, China's building structure types are constantly increasing, resulting in a large number of irregular flat structures, complex and changing their structure, especially under the influence of the earthquake, irregularities in the earthquake the extent of damage was significantly more severe damage than other types of structures, the most important reason is the generation of torsional deformation. In recent years, the research on the seismic constantly deepening the seismic behavior of irregular structures are increasingly high requirements. To do now is to correctly determine the structure under earthquake actual force, to ensure the seismic performance of the structure is the key. Many scholars are committed to research and analysis and design of the seismic performance of various irregularities, summed up a lot of valuable experience and conclusions. Taking Anhui Province irregular plane project as an example, the seismic analysis of structures, mainly on the following studies:(1) describes the hazards of earthquakes, followed by the definition of domestic and international norms and requirements of irregularities were introduced, a comprehensive exposition of the seismic performance of the irregularity researches.(2) The structure produced in two-way action to reverse the effects of the earthquake, describes the source of occasional eccentricity analyze the relationship between coupling, non-coupled period ratio between the eccentricity concluded.(3) PKPM to use irregular structure stress analysis, modeling the structure of the type of the project, site soil, seismic level, plans and so on. With structural SATWE calculated the structure period ratio, displacement ratio, stiffness ratio between displacement and layer, layer displacement angle data.(4) According to the structure of the planar construction plans irregularities with SAP2000 analysis model, modal analysis of the structure of four different load cases PUSH-OVER-based analysis, come to different conditions corresponding displacement value and drift angle. Capacity spectrum and demand spectrum curve analysis to determine the structure of performance points. Based on the above analysis, identify weak position layer structure.(5) Analyzing according interlayer displacement angle and contrast plastic hinge location of the weak position of the structure layer, and recommend action to the weak layer.
