Earthquake hazards goes without saying that in the past,it is no good preventive measures against earthquakes,in earthquake disaster,people's lives and property have been great harm,and buildings damaged and collapsed to bring casualties earthquake is one of the main reasons.So in recent years,increasing the seismic studies,design and construction of the new houses seismic performance requirements are also increasing.For the irregular surface buildings,the seismic design will be more complex and difficult.In this paper,an irregular building concrete structures for specific seismic performance analysis,mainly to study the following sections:(1)Describes the devastating earthquake,bringing destruction to the people,and introduces the collapse and destruction of the building,then the building of irregular plane were introduced,it presented to the plane defined by the specification irregular,irregular types of seismic research status quo at home and abroad are introduced elaborate.(2)Analysis of the seismic performance of the structure were summarized mainly static method,response spectrum method and time history analysis of these types;and seismic design methods are summarized,roughly ductility design method,capacity design method,control design of these types.Finally,the nonlinear static analysis method Pushover,before the method is carried out at the introduction,use and deficiencies described.(3)Modeling based on the type of site soil,seismic level of the project structure with PKPM software.SATWE with structural calculations in the calculation,look at the structure of the cycle ratio,displacement ratio,stiffness ratio,as well as the interlayer displacement angle data,pass through standardized contrast,core control data meet the above specifications.(4)Describes the frame structure with irregular seismic analysis of finite element method,finite element method first introduced its resolution process steps.Then introduced this paper finite element analysis software SAP2000,his unit model was introduced last,summarized the various types of finite element modeling with SAP2000 process will be used.(5)Examples of use SAP2000 software engineering the project example modalanalysis,modal information is obtained for each order.Finally,the use of four kinds of lateral force loading mode to load the project,has been among the performance of dot structure and interlayer displacement and story drift,after inspection,the relevant data are in line with regulatory requirements.(6)The principles of dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis of the structure,choose the model made the corresponding presentation to the seismic waves before conducting the analysis selection,choose the three prior to analysis of seismic wave,natural wave two days,an artificial wave,time history analysis of the structure.After checking analysis,structural displacement between the layers,interlayer displacement angle as well as the base shear and other values are in line with regulatory requirements.
