With the development of modern science and the manufacturing level of bearing,the bearing life has been greatly improved. In the life test of bearing, zero-failure data will often occur in the Type I censoring time. Therefore, it's necessary to research the reliability analysis method of bearing in the case of zero-failure data.On the basis of the processing research about zero-failure data, the methodology of reliability evaluation of bearing whose life obeys Weibull distribution model has been researched in this paper. The main work of this paper as follows:(1) As the bearing life obeys two-parameter Weibull distribution, reliability analysis methods of bearing have been researched under two kinds of Zero-failure data model.The characteristics and application scope of each method are discussed through the comparisons of the results came from each method.(2) The key is to determine the prior distribution in the the Bayesian method. This paper has studied how to improve the estimation precision of the failure probability in the Bayesian method. The basic ideas of the modified methods and the correction formulas have been given.(3) As the bearing life obeys three-parameter Weibull distribution, the methodology of reliability evaluation of bearing has been studied under the situation of zero-failure data. Corresponding conclusions have been obtained by comparing the reliability analysis results of the bearing obeying the three-parameter Weibull distribution with that of the two-parameter.(4) Bootstrap method has been researched for the treatment of zero-failure data.Both the basic principle and limitation of the method will be presented. The feasibility of Bootstrap method used in the zero-failure data has been dicussed,and the specific implementation steps has been given for the interval estimation of zero-failure data.Finally,the interval estimation of reliability has been calculated by this method.(5) A new method based on the idea of sampling has been proposed to evaluate the reliability of bearing in the end of this paper, and the mehod has been used to research the zero-failure data.The results calculated by this method have showed instability, which indicated that the method has certain feasibility in the treatment of zero-failure data.
