At present,the domestic haze pollution caused by particles extinction is still showing the far-going development trend of high-intensity and long-duration trend,but the emission of particulate matter from diesel exhaust takes a great proportion in the atmosphere.Compared with the original treatment method of exhaust,the author want to apply the cyclone dust collector's advantages,which has low cost,good applicable performance,simple structure etc,to the existing dust removal's system of diesel vehicles.The contents are as follows:(1)A new method of dust removal's system of diesel exhaust is proposed:A new type of cyclone dust collector,which is horizontally installed in the diesel vehicle chassis,is designed.It has a significant dust removal's efficiency in diesel exhaust.And the new method's feasibility of dust removal is verified by using the simulative software.(2)The inlet angle of the new dust collector is optimized.By a series of simulations of the flow field in a new type of dust collector,the analysis' results are obtained :When the inlet angle is about 30 degrees,the dust removal efficiency of the exhaust gas is relatively high.(3)A new feasible measurement's method(a method of natural cyclone's length)to indirectly measure the collector's efficiency is put forward,and this method is used to analyze the relationship between different imported angles of dust collector and dust removal's efficiency of diesel exhaust at different imported velocity.The results are showed: With the inlet inclined angle changing,under different imported velocity,the optimal dust removal's efficiency being corresponding to inlet's angle is within from20° to 30°.When the inlet's velocity decreases,the trend of the optimal dust removal's efficiency being corresponds to the optimal inlet's angle also decreases.(4)A new dust removal's method in this kind of dust collector—crack's method is proposed.The author adds a proper size crack,which is raised and does not affect therunning state of the air flow in the dust collector,in the cone section of dust collector to collect particles.And through the research on the crack,it is indicated: When the crack's size is 2mm,the natural cyclone's length and the airflow's state in the new dust collector is best,and the dust removal's efficiency is best.(5)The crack method being applied,the relationship between the different inlet's angle and the dust removal efficiency of the new type of dust collector is analyzed by simulation with different particle sizes.And it is obtained:With the inlet's inclined angle increasing,when the particle's size is the same,the dust removal's efficiency increase slowly at first and then decrease sharply,and the best dust removal's efficiency is30°.When the inlet's inclined angle is the same,the larger the particle's size is,the better dust removal's efficiency is.(6)A classical mathematical model of the cyclone dust collector being established,the model calculative results are compared with the simulative results.The results are indicated: The deviation between the model calculative results and the simulative results are less than 10 percent.Thus the credibility of results by using the simulative software are validated with indirect date.
