Study On The Suction And Cyclone Dust Removal System Of Sweeper

In recent years, smoggy weather is affecting people's life and their health in many cities such as Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Datong. The results show that the mortality is taking on greater relevance for the density of the inhalable particles in the atmosphere, that is to say the dust is the “Air Killer” of the city, but there is an effective way to control the road dust that taking advanced cleaning equipment.With the rapid development of the sweep rod car industry, the number of domestic manufacturing sweeper enterprises and production capacity has made a great progress, but the research and design for the suction system is far behind the development of whole industry, which results the efficiency of pumping dust in domestic have a certain gap with the foreign products. Thus, how to improve the suction system of sweeper, reduce secondary dust and control secondary pollution has become the major problems of sweeper industry.In this paper, taking YTZ5060TSL70F(6 tons wet sweeper) and YTZ5161TSL20F(16 tons dry sweeper) researched and produced independently by Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. as example, firstly, analyzes the structure and principle for the two kinds of sweeper suction system, and then compare the suck structure, suction nozzle structure, air duct shape, and wind turbines principle of the two kinds, and research on the dust-repelling structure and principle of the two sweeper in detail: analyzes the wet dust removal, S air duct dust removal, vortex air dust removal, cyclone dust removal, and bag dust removal separatively. Finally, take experiments with the two sweeper, and verify the analyses mentioned above, and then get the main conclusions and prospects for the future.
