With the development of modern tecnology,IT and economy,the pace of the 3D laser scanning technology become faster and faster.The process of industrialization in China entered into a new time since 1978,namely the Reform and Opening period.Nowadays,with the rising of BIM technology,new buildings and structures using this kind of technology.Based on 3D modeling technology can provide a basic information platform for the information management and the upgrading of the old factory building.Using the 3D laser scanning technology into the buildings process and 3D reconstruction,is not only promote the informatization of industrial building and automation of industrial equipment management(FM),but also grasp the data and change of the buidings timely,therefore,it has a great realistic significance and practical value for industrial upgrading and production.In this paper,the 3D laser scanning technology apply in the experimental plant of Jilin University of Architecture and Structure,Gradually realized the achievement from the initial 3D point cloud data acquisition,point cloud registration,data to denoising,data from the pumping dilute,data fusion to generate three-dimensional model,build the intelligent platform management,animation,information extraction and attribute query.The following conclusions can be obtained through the research of this paper.1.Based on the hardware of the 3D laser scanner,this paper classifies in detail and discusses the difference between traditional measurement method and the 3D laser scanning technology.Also making a pretreatment for the scanning data through the Z+F imager 5010 C and the processing software Z+F Laser Control,integrating the defferent data between different measuring station,and also summaring the point cloud data to noise,filtering,image mosaic,pumping thinning method to establish the precise data model according to the experimental data.2.There are two different point cloud registration method of the point cloud data: target ball stitching method and public surface splicing method.After the accuracy comparison analysis of extract feature points and the volume of feature points taken by the robots,we can conclude that using the standard stitching of ball target is more accuracy,more stable and less error then the common surface splicing method.3.Putting the point cloud data into the 3D modeling software,after a certain conversation based on 3D modeling,then import the intelligent management software platform and do some secondary development,the modeling realize the attribute information management,basic attribute query,distance measurement,animation display and other functions.The results of the study indicate that applying the 3D laser scanning technology into the fields industrial plant and reconstruction,it has the huge advantage of efficiency,speed and precision compared to the traditional measurement method.In the future,3D laser scanning technology will be a promising application technology.
