| Trawling has been the primary field of energy consumption of marine fishing vessels for a long time, but its low utilization rate of energy highlights the high energy consumption problems. Therefore, researches on trawler energy-saving technology are urgent to be needed. Also, researches on matching technology of hull and propeller have been a focus study in domestic and foreign.Hence, Research propulsion device of trawer of was taken by using experimental investigation and numerical method. The research contents include as following:Firstly, calculated the open water hydrodynamic performance of a normal propeller(KP505) by computational fluid dynamics soft Ansys. Turbulence model and boundary condition was tested and the calculation results are consistent with experimental results. Therefore, calculating the open water hydrodynamics performance of propeller is feasible by using numerical simulation method.Secondly, ducted propeller(ka4-55+19A) was chosen as the study object. The testing platform and testing process are described in detail in the paper. The analysis and comparison of the experimental result shows hydrodynamics performance of ducted propeller is better than normal propeller’s, and ka4-55+19A is better than ka4-55+37 duct propeller.Finally, Keep the shape of propeller changeless, set up different ducted propeller model through changing the parameters of duct, and then calculate their open water hydrodynamic performance, analyze the calculation results, we can draw the influence law of ducted parameters on ducted propeller hydrodynamic performance. Finally, put forward optimize scheme of ducted propeller design to provide the reference for future ducted propeller designers. |
