Goal is to achieve green building energy, water, land, materials, protect the environment and reduce pollution, but also focus on comfort and harmony of human and natural environment, represents the development direction of modern architecture. As a building energy consumption has an important impact on our energy reduction. And promote the comprehensive development of building energy saving technology, the development of new energy-saving building materials, construction industry to improve China's overall resource saving, energy saving has been steadily building for the country to implement the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society from to promote the role.Concrete hollow block has good weather resistance, durability, fireproofing, shock resistance, construction convenient, and fast, easy to learn, etc.However, as China's major building materials thermal, the performance of concrete hollow block is not ideal,did not fully meet the current requirements of energy-saving building materials.To address this problem, this paper on the current China's major building materials- concrete hollow block to do the appropriate research. Effect of concrete hollow block holes concrete hollow block thermal performance,Thus optimizing energy saving concrete hollow block thermal barrier function,Concrete hollow block of thermo-physical properties of the indicators in line with current building energy efficiency standards,achieve the effect of thermal insulation.This paper introduces the status at China and abroad on concrete hollow block in the thermal performance of research,Which leads from the insulation paper is to study the heat transfer performance of concrete hollow block(hereinafter referred to as concrete hollow block).Next,use numerical simulation detail analysis the static and dynamic heat transfer process about concrete hollow block.Then, it describes various analytical methods for concrete hollow block heat transfer process.It analyzes the FLUENT software applications and how to make concrete hollow block transfer process thermal test.This paper further describes the concrete hollow block resistance test equipment and test procedures, test specifications, data obtained through experiments.Analysis of experimental data obtained in the finishing block specimen resistance, and the results of experimental error analysis.Use numerical simulation to analysis the various factors affecting the thermal properties of concrete hollow block, so intuitively easy to find concrete hollow block design unreasonable.This paper also has a approximately study.On the intramural radiation about the hole of concrete hollow block, a heat conduction, natural convection heat transfer.Compared thermal resistance of three cases,consider the hole wall surface radiation, without considering the hole wall surface radiation,and measured three kinds of concrete hollow block's value thermal resistance.Simultaneous detection the temperature of the four holes in the concrete hollow block walland and the air of the cavity.We analyzed the relationship between different temperatures hollow concrete block on the left rib wall temperature difference between the wall thickness and the rib.Finally, to give some suggestions of measures to improve the insulation properties of concrete hollow block.
