Steel and concrete are the most preferred engineering structures of the main building materials in the modern architecture.The corrosion of reinforcing steel bar and the problem of non recoverable deformation and crack of concrete due to concrete crack become more and more serious,so it is urgent to solve these problems thoroughly with the passage of time.It can be seen from the existing building structure research field that the use of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)reinforcement to replace the reinforcement as the reinforcement is more effective.Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)tendons from corrosion resistance,economy,construction or production is difficult to ease the degree of view,are the ideal replacement of steel.And the low density polyethylene,which can be recycled and used as well as its excellent deformation capacity,is also an ideal substitute for concrete materials.So for the study of the flexural behavior of LDPE/FRP hybrid beams under different loading modes is significant for our present civil and architectural engineering.It will not only bring new opportunities for development,but also will show the comprehensive economic benefits cannot be ignored.This paper mainly research and analysis the flexural performance of the hybrid LDPE/FRP composite beams from the following aspects:(1)By using the static loading test of the composite beam,the results of the study and analysis of the flexural behavior and ultimate load of the composite beams are studied,and the load deflection curves and the changes of the LDPE/FRP composite beams are obtained.(2)With a composite beam of quasi static loading test results as the basis,on the basis of this were the structure theory of composite beam calculation,obtained for composite beams ultimate bearing force of the ultimate bending moment and ultimate flexural stiffness calculation value,and experimental results are compared.(3)By using ABAQUS finite element simulation software simulation of composite beam in different FRP tendon layout and level load case,analysis the failure form of the comparison of composite beam,load-deflection change,and the composite beams bearing ability of the impact and flexural properties influence.(4)By quasi static test of the LDPE/FRP composite beam structure,the structural theory and ABAQUS simulation analysis and summary of the on the mixed LDPE/FRP composite beam in under the action of static bending performance and application prospect.The paper considers that the LDPE/FRP composite beam has a good bearing capacity and deformation capacity through three aspects of experimental research,theoretical calculation and simulation analysis and it can meet the requirements of the normal production and life.Because of the low elastic modulus of FRP tendons,the deflection of the LDPE/FRP composite beams is larger and the load carrying capacity is weak.The flexural performance of the LDPE/FRP composite beams is improved by changing the arrangement of the FRP bars in the composite beams.
