As everyone knows,plastic products plays an important role in people’s daily life,but we are enjoying plastic products bring us great convenience and did not see them huge damage to the environment.As people increasingly attention to the problems of environmental protection,in regard to the recycling of plastic products amplified calls,his paper investigates new materials LDPE/FRP composite beam’s dynamic property、under shock load impact resistant ability、constitutive relation curve of LDPE and compared the two different reinforcement in the form of impact ability.Details are as follows:1,Based on the constitutive relations of existing LDPE test,using the large general computer software ABAQUS material assessment analysis module to evaluate material of LDPE material,get the results were compared with the experimental results,get the exact LDPE material constitutive relation;Through consulting relevant literature to determine the FRP reinforcement material constitutive relation,lay the foundation for the analysis of chapter behind.2,On the basic concept of modal analysis,eigenvalue extraction and the solving method is introduced,the frequency of using ABAQUS to extract step analysis module,and by using Lanczos method for two kinds of modal analysis of composite beams in the form of reinforcement,mainly obtained composite beam of natural vibration frequency and vibration mode,and analyzed the composite beam structure under different parameter settings to get the natural frequencies.3,Combination of impact dynamics problems with finite element analysis,the numerical simulation method to solve the problem of impact is expounded—the basic concept of explicit nonlinear finite element,put forward by central difference method to solve the nonlinear finite element problem,by reasonable simplified finite element model,using penalty function method to solve the problem of collision.4,Using ABAQUS/Explict modules finite element model to analyze composite beam,Obtained two groups of composite beam in different impact quality and impact velocity LDPE beam under the action of stress nephogram,FRP reinforcement stress nephogram,displacement-time curve of the composite beam,impact-time curve,impact force-displacement curve,the speed-time curve of hammer and the composite beam of energy curve etc.According to the different curves of these analyses the force situation of LDPE beams,FRP tendons,impact resistance of the beam to the carrying capacity,and compared the two kinds of the impact of the composite beam,the displacement and the size of the hammer head after contact with two kinds of composite beam impact the speed of change.Determine the more suitable for the engineering practice of composite beam type.The subject of this study,for recovery and recycling of plastic has a certain reference value,also be used for LDPE/FRP composite beam structure dynamic analysis to provide some theoretical reference.
