Along with the rapid development of urbanization in china, Industrialization and modernization continue to move forward. The energy needed is also increasing. Thus saving building resources, development and research of environmental friendly society building, take the road of sustainable development, the transformation of economic development in the form of national "12th Five-Year" is becoming a focus of the work. Steel structure housing construction system with series, the advantages of supporting and standardization, can also industrialized mass production, and save resources to meet the sustainable development of environment protection and energy, therefore it becomes an ideal architectural form.As a traditional agricultural country. After the summer harvest per year will produce large amounts of straw, and improper handling of straw, resulting in the waste of resources at the same time, the pollution of the environmental health of urban and rural areas, development of green energy-saving building, straw used for building wall system, to form the new energy-saving wallboard, the both in energy saving, environmental protection, reducing cost, improve the construction efficiency and reduce the labor intensity are now common building materials can't match advantage, so it has a very broad market potential.Based on the above situation, this paper studies the new energy saving wall panels-straw concrete wall panels in the experimental and theoretical aspects, and the main contents are as follows:(1) Study on mix proportion of straw concrete:through test method to determine can be used for straw concrete wall with the ratio of straw fiber reinforced concrete material property data are obtained and meet the compressive strength, thermal insulation performance and the weight between the comprehensive performance.(2) Experimental study on performance of straw concrete wall panels:The bending bearing capacity of the wall plate loading test, observe the test phenomenon, collect the relevant data, and analysis of the test data processing, and with the simulation and data analysis.(3) Experimental research on the connection of straw concrete wall panels: Design and production of wall panels, and the strength of the straw concrete wall panels to test the strength of the test, the test phenomenon, collect the relevant data, and analysis of the test data processing.(4) Finite element analysis of straw concrete wall panels:The wall panel model is established to simulate the wind load on the wall panels with the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and the damage characteristics and related data are analyzed and compared with the experimental data.(5) Research conclusions and results:Summarize the results of simulation and experiment, draw the conclusion.This paper studies covering straw concrete material properties, wallboard and the performance of the precast wall panel connection parts design and strength testing, and many other aspects, more systematic and comprehensive, provide the necessary experimental basis for the future promotion of straw concrete precast slab.
