Instead of the traditional and outdated relatively semi-manual semi-mechanical manner construction industry,housing industry is the use of modern scientific and technological means to achieve industrialization and automation of industrial production,increasing the efficiency of residential construction.This is one way to change the traditional one,wet work becomes dry operations,improves labor productivity,saves social resources and reduces environmental pollution.This paper researches an all-bolted prefabricated concrete wall structure,which consists of precast concrete sandwich wall panels,prefabricated corner columns,prefabricated door frames,prefabricated slabs and precast parts,its biggest advantage is that almost no wet operations,all uses bolt connection between the member and the member.This paper introduces the structure and connection method BPC structure;width of 600 mm and 1200 mm,height of 3m of four standard precast concrete panels for the study,the test was carried out bearing capacity of axial compression and eccentric compression,has been destroyed four panels under vertical loading process,failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and mechanical performance,it summarizes the wall with the load increase its generating cracks,and accompanied by the development of structural strength and stiffness changes process,obtained precast concrete panels vertical high capacity,damage in the form of brittle fracture and holes at the wall of the important conclusions weakest point,etc;using ABAQUS software to build a wall finite element model,and the results of the analysis comparison with the experimental data,presented the reasons for the differences between the two;the impact was reinforced grid position,reinforcement ratio and reinforced the strength of the wall bearing capacity and failure modes of the finite element analysis,it was found to improve the wall bar diameter ultimate bearing capacity of the plate has a significant impact;the use of concrete design specifications of the formula for vertical ultimate bearing capacity of precast concrete hollow wall was estimated,respectively,with the test results and finite element comparison,"design of concrete structures formula norms " can provide an approximate estimate 600 mm wide wall axial compressive ultimate capacity,but bearing capacity 1200 mm wide wallboard conservative estimate,multiplied by the amplification factor of 1.1-1.2 is recommended for.This paper researches the whole vertical bearing capacity of bolted prefabricated concrete shear wall structure of a systematic experimental and finite element analysis,the results provide a basis for future reference and further related research and engineering,but also for the system promotion and application with ease.
