Extradosed cable stayed bridge as a bridge in recent years rapid development technology of bridge,grow rapidly in all parts of the country.And its level of design and construction is making people to put forward higher requirements.Construction monitoring is the whole of extradosed cable stayed bridge construction one link in the process,and the order of the different construction affects the stress of extradosed cable stayed bridge.So the construction monitoring of the key technology,promoting the development of bridge construction forward to,play the role of a more weight.This paper,which is based on Ruili River bridge,the bridge structure of single cable plane tower type of extradosed cable stayed bridge girder consolidation,girder and main tower material for concrete,the cable material for parallel steel strand.The construction sequence of extradosed cable stayed bridge cable has the diversity,basing on different construction sequence of extradosed cable stayed bridge construction.Combined with extradosed cable stayed bridge construction monitoring technology,it researched and analyzed on two typical extradosed cable stayed bridge under the construction sequence of the stress,the model of elevation and cable force of the law and determined the optimal construction sequence respectively.This paper's important results and conclusions are as follow:1.To summarize the extradosed cable stayed bridge construction control methods and contents.Focus on the early stage of the structure modeling was proposed to calculate and parameter identification and prediction was an important content of extradosed tower cable stayed bridge construction control.2.To put forward the basic concept of transverse prestress effect,and deduced the transverse prestress effect of transverse frame simple calculation formula;Build local analysis by finite element software Midas FEA entity model,was based on two kinds of the construction sequence of transverse stress and comparison analysis;Engineering examples proved Midas FEA finite element calculation results.3.Summarized analysis of the influence factors of the model elevation and calculation methods;Construction hanging basket preloading test was proposed to calculate the influence of the hanging basket deformation value;Based on Ruili River extra-large bridge,using finite element software Midas civil/2012 under the condition of two kinds of different construction sequence construction stage analysis,got the model elevation distribution analysis and compared with the measured height.4.Ruili River bridge as the research object,researched and analyzed based on two different construction order of extradosed cable stayed bridge,the key parts of the longitudinal stress and suspension cable force distribution,comprehensive evaluation of the construction sequence;With the measured results with the theoretical value of Ruili River super major bridge,this paper compared and analyzed further verify the rationality and scientific nature of the optimal construction sequence.5.By installing the cable construction of inverse order to establish the balance equation of lasso,derived the calculation formula of each root steel strand tension control,and carried on the temperature correction.The calculation method using Ruili River extra-large bridge engineering example,compared with the results of Midas civil/212 finite element,the maximum error was 0.9%,achieving uniformity of the steel strand cable tension.The conclusion summarized the single strands tensioning construction method.
