Along with the high-speed development of national economy,the development of transportation industry in China is also very rapidly,in today's traffic volume increase,on the asphalt road surface under the vehicle load increasing,the increase of far more than a lot of highway traffic volume forecasting.As a result,many asphalt pavement being earlier than scheduled time the serious pavement damage,the fatigue damage and pavement rut(permanent deformation)is a lot of failure mode of two of the most serious damage.High modulus asphalt mixture as a better mechanical strength,better water stability,fatigue resistance and permanent deformation new materials with excellent properties are widely used in all kinds of pavement abroad,in order to reduce the increasing traffic load on the early damage.This article relying on jiangxi province on the highway project construction,the high modulus asphalt mixture performance observation and inspection application,and according to the features of the climate and traffic road indoor experiment was carried out,at the same time,according to the climate and traffic characteristics of Jiang Xifu,combined with the test section of high modulus asphalt pavement service life forecast,in order to study high modulus asphalt mixture in Jiang Xifu ji under the high temperature and rainy climate law of permanent deformation and fatigue damage of pavement.According to jiangxi province on temperature distribution characteristics of the road pavement,the high modulus asphalt mixture in the four kinds of test temperature and the load frequency of eight different dynamic modulus test,and based on the superposition principle of temperature and time to master curve drawing,analysis to get the sticky elastic characteristics of high modulus asphalt mixture.In accordance with the Jiang Xifu climate characteristics and axial load,the load test may be repeated high modulus asphalt mixture,through indoor experiment and the simulation results of the ANSYS software to calculate the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture and got high modulus asphalt mixture permanent deformation model,the results showed that the high modulus additives of permanent deformation of asphalt mixture is less than the ordinary asphalt mixture.Of high modulus asphalt mixture fatigue tests are carried out,and according to the fatigue strain equation and Miner fatigue damage cumulative rule to estimate the fatigue life of asphalt mixture,the analysis results show that high modulus additives for the fatigue life of asphalt mixture are improving.According to the laying of asphalt mixture test section,the combination of high modulus asphalt mixture at home and abroad experience,laid a preliminary obtained high modulus asphalt mixture pavement construction method,and through the observation on the performance of the test section,puts forward the quality control of high modulus asphalt mixture pavement way,provide experience for the high modulus asphalt roadbed laid in the future.
