With the development of the infrastructure construction,across the river phenomenon is increasing,the underwater tunnel with its unique technical and economic advantages has gradually become the preferred scheme.Shield method construction because of its good construction characteristics,complete construction technology,and advanced construction equipment has become the main force in the construction of underwater tunnel.But because of the underwater shield tunnel construction will be from the construction personnel,mechanical equipment,construction materials,work environment,project management,influence of external environment and other factors the risk of coupling,so that the safety of tunnel shield construction under water is full of unknown and challenging.At present,domestic and foreign scholars on the coupling effect multiple factor underwater shield tunnel construction safety risk control theory research is still in its initial stage,the theoretical research in this area is relatively small.Therefore,this paper will study the system Underwater shield tunnel construction security risk coupling mechanism to observe the coupling risk of formation rules,the use of risk for solving the coupling method for the design of the coupling risk control management strategy,the compensate for academics on multiple factors coupling action of water shield tunnel construction safety risk control theoretic defect of research has important theoretical and practical significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the theory of risk analysis and the principle of system dynamics,this paper studies the safety risk control of shield construction in underwater tunnel under the coupling of safety risk.Firstly,the basic characteristics and classification of the coupling of the safety risk in the construction of underwater tunnel are studied,and the basic concept of the coupling effect of risk is proposed;secondly,the identification of the risk factors of tunnel the shield construction safety risk coupling of water,study the risk factors of formation process and the coupling mechanism,combined with the system dynamics causal relationship and other related theories for the specific characterization of homogeneous factors of shield tunnel construction process safety risk coupling under water and the coupling process of heterogeneous risk factors;then,established the underwater shield tunnel construction safety risk the coupled N-K model,coupling model,and through the verification of human,object,environment,management of the coupling between the four types of risk factors,refined underwater shield tunnel construction safety risk coupling law;On the basis of established underwater shield tunnel construction human-object coupling system dynamics model,effect of dynamic observation of risk factors of human-object coupling system risk level development trend is studied by simulation,and verify the applicability of the model,and to provide the reference for underwater shield tunnel construction safety risk control study;finally,combined with the formation mechanism of underwater shield tunnel construction safety coupling risk,law and related risk measurement model,proposed under the multiple factor coupling of underwater shield tunnel construction safety risk decoupling principle,on the basis of the control objectives and risk control the corresponding strategy,to further improve the underwater shield tunnel construction safety risk control of coupling theory.In this paper is completed,which is based on the project investment risk management and control technology research of A project investment in Nanjing.
