The water supplying pipeline is closely connected with people's daily life, which can not only cause economic losses, but also damage the ecological environment. Therefore, the research on the detection of pipeline leakage is of profound significance. The design of wireless data transmission equipment is used to send two water leakage signal, then I use adaptive filtering algorithm to filter noise. Compute the two pure filtered signals with correlation algorithm in order to find the exact point of water leakage pipeline. This design mainly research two parts, wireless data transmission water leakage signal and the adaptive filter algorithm water leakage signal processing.According to the comparison of performance analysis results on the crossing obstacle capability, transmission distance and transmission loss of wireless transmission on different frequencies. The design of wireless transceiver system is based on MSP430F149 which is the core controller, selecting CC1101 chip in 433MHz which has diffraction ability, low power consumption, long transmission distance as the peripheral sensor. The sending module put the digital signal which is gathered from the sensor and conducted with A/D conversion and then sent to the receiving module in the digital signal. After studying the theory of wireless transmission, simulate signal leakage by MATLAB and save the.dat file. And then design the appropriate C language program on the IAR, compiling, debugging. After the adoption, download the.HEX file into the CC1101 chip node, complete the wireless data transmission.Due to the acquisition of water supply pipe leakage signal mixed with a variety of noise, especially sudden high-frequency noise, we must filter it. This design uses the high performance digital signal processor dsPIC30F6014 as the core processor of the adaptive filtering system, and the water leakage signal is processed with the Least Mean Square (LMS) algorithm. Verify the correctness of the method on the MATLAB, and then programme in C language on the DSP system development tool MPLAB IDE. Achieve a filtering process simulate dsPIC30F6014 chip leakage signal. The experimental results show that this method is feasible and has practical application value.
