With the development of weaponry technology, missile borne telemetry system plays more and more important role in experiment of aircraft flight. The performance of missile borne telemetry system is the key factor that determines the success of the flight experiment or not. Therefore it requires a corresponding automated test equipment(ATS)to carry out a comprehensive testing and inspection to ensure the success of the flight experiment. Against such background, a multi-bus monitoring equipment based on DSP and FPGA is designed to test the function of a certain type of aircraft telemetry system in this paper.Firstly, the research status and the development trend of the automatic test system at home and abroad is introduced. Combining with the technical requirements and fully taking into account the actual application may be encountered in a variety of circumstances, the overall design of the system and design ideas are put forward.This paper also brings forward the communication protocol.DSP and FPGA are selected as the micro controller of this system.This system can achieve data acquisition of two-way CAN bus, RS422 bus, RS232 bus and two serial bit stream data YDATA. These bus data is uploaded to the host computer by real-time processing. The bus data collection and monitoring of telemetry system is completed in this way.Secondly, the concept of modular design is adopted to divide the system into modules by its function.The implementation work flow of this system is mainly introduced by the hardware module circuit design, DSP software design and FPGA logic control design. In the aspect of hardware circuit design, the circuit of power module, isolation module, CAN bus communication module and USB bus communication module are introduced at length. In the program design, the software of CAN bus interrupt acquisition module, serial communication module, DSP and FPGA parallel port communication and data processing module are introduced detailedly.Finally, a test system platform is used for the functional verification of multi-bus monitoring equipment.The serial data stream channel, RS422 asynchronous serial data channel, RS232 power data channel has been tested and validated respectively.The least squares method is used to complete the calibration of power data. The experimental results indicate that the design of multi-bus monitoring equipment in this paper can achieve the intended target and has high reliability and anti-interference ability. The multi-bus monitoring equipment can accurately achieve the collection and monitoring of bus data in missile borne telemetry system in practice.
