Considered to reduce the construction cost, save resources and energy, improve the economic and social benefit in reinforced concrete structure during construction. In this study, the permanent formwork of high toughness ribbed concrete is used to replace the traditional concrete construction formwork. The permanent formwork can be used as a model for concrete forming, and it is a part of the concrete structure, and plays a protective role in the structure, as the reinforcement protective layer. According to the actual use of this kind of formwork, this study is discussed in the following four aspects.(1)Experimental study on mechanical performance of new and old concrete.A new type of specimen was designed and produced in this paper, which is in the form of new-old concrete with permanent formwork, and studying the tensile and shear test of new and old concrete, in order to test the tensile and shear strength of the concrete formwork and the newly poured concrete surface. The results showed that first state ribbed concrete with fiber have a higher tensile and shear strength between the new-to-old concrete interface, can meet the requirements of the use of rib template.(2)A series of experimental study on toughness of concrete formwork. The text, including fiber reinforced concrete flexural toughness, thin plate(flat plate) and ribbed concrete formwork impact resistance, was carried out, according to rib concrete formwork in transportation, use process to withstand the impact of various shocks. Experimental results show that adding appropriate fiber in the concrete can play the role of "similar reinforced ", so can effectively improve the toughness of concrete(3)Experimental study on composite members of the high toughness ribbed permanent formwork. The permanent formwork of high toughness ribbed concrete is used to produce reinforced concrete composite slabs. Experimental results show that: the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the whole plate and the laminated slab are basically the same.(4)Finite element simulation. Using the finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the bending of the composite plate, the simulation results are close to the test results, which show that the technology of permanent formwork with high toughness and rib is feasible.The results of this study can provide the basis for the use of the permanent formwork with high toughness and rib, can also be applied to concrete structure reinforcement.
