| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the road traffic load and traffic volume increase day by day,which requires the pavement structure to have greater bearing capacity.Generally,the strength grade of cement concrete pavement in our country is C30 or C40.The thickness of pavement structure is large,which leads to the heavy weight of pavement slab,and it is difficult to repair after damage.The design life is 20 to 30 years,with high cost,which limits the design elevation of the road.The steel used in reinforced concrete is more,the cost is higher,and the cost performance is not high in cement concrete pavement.In order to improve the strength and durability of cement concrete pavement slab and reduce the thickness of pavement slab,a new pavement structure,formwork concrete pavement slab,is adopted.Building formwork network is widely used in industrial and civil buildings,which plays a reinforcing role in the performance of concrete structures.In this paper,the mix proportion design and series performance research of formwork concrete are carried out,and good application results are obtained.In this paper,the strength of cement concrete is improved by adding formwork.Firstly,raw material test is carried out and C30 cement concrete is prepared;secondly,after determining the factors and levels,the orthogonal experimental design is carried out;finally,according to the requirements of the specification,the test pieces are made,maintained and tested,and the test results are analyzed.In order to verify the performance of cement concrete pavement with different thickness,the finite element analysis of cement concrete pavement with different thickness and different structure is carried out.At the same time,it can reduce the stress at the bottom of slab,effectively reduce the thickness and self weight of slab,reduce the pressure of subgrade,and control the development of cracks.The results show that the formwork net has a certain influence on the flexural tensile strength of concrete,can effectively prevent the brittle fracture of the plate,and has great application value in the actual production.The compressive strength and flexural tensile strength of the concrete increased by 19% and 18%,respectively.The analysis of the influence of formwork structure on the load stress shows that: The bending tensile stress at the bottom of the plate can be effectively reduced by about 10% after the die net is added.The influence of the double-layer die net on the structure is greater than that of the single-layer die net,but it can not achieve the double effect of the single-layer die net.At this time,the bending tensile stress at the bottom of the plate is reduced by 17%. |
