Exploration And Research On Present City Elderly Residential Building Based On The Chinese Traditional Filial Piety Culture

With the aging degree of our country deepens, solving the aging problem of the society is imminent, the elderly living problem is primary. At the same time, with the rapid development of social economy and the real estate industry, the elderly industry has gradually become the main development direction and the goal of real estate.At the present, elderly residential facilities development mode learns from the foreign model, truly meet the needs of elderly people in China are not many and with little localization characteristics. Then, the development models of elderly living facilities become our main topic.Firstly, the paper briefly summarizes the status of global aging and Chinese aging, elaborate the necessity of solving aging problem, which make the research background more clear. Secondly, through in-depth investigation, analysis and comparison in elderly living,psychological feelings,its development and operation aspects of domestic and foreign existing old-age living, expounds its advantages and disadvantages. Again, analysis of China's traditional culture of filial piety, leads to the relationship between filial piety culture and aging, and then draw the filial piety culture under the influence of the traditional concept of retirement effects on the Chinese elderly residential development model, this is the main factor that cannot be neglected element in. Then, considering our traditional filial piety culture, combined with social, economic, cultural and other factors at the present stage of our country put forward the city embedded elderly living mode for the elderly in the real.Embedded elderly living mode is not a single elderly living form, but refers to the concept of integration of old-age living facilities and the community living facilities. This paper presents two categories,one is the elderly community adjacent to the ordinary residential, the other is construction residential facilities for the aged in ordinary residential. In the selection of model need to be careful and comprehensive market research, according to the different needs of different regions or different mode. Embedded type of urban residential facilities for elderly are more concerned about the relationship between the elderly and their children, continuation of China's people thought rooted thought of filial piety. At the same time also affirmed the diversity patterns of elder residential, such as outer suburb community,endowment community,endowment institutions, tourism resort, etc.. Various types of selected 1~2 cases are described and analyzed. Finally, combined with the current elderly industry development in China, expounds the opinions and suggestions in the development, operation and development of embedded type city residential facilities for elderly.This paper is mainly based on fully considering the traditional aging thinking and discussion on urban aging model, aiming to conclude a truly city aging model which meets the needs of the elderly reality in China and provides the certain reference to the development of elderly industry.
