In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic and international high-rise buildings, modern architecture is builded higher and higher. In order to meet the requirements of building functions, set the structure conversion layer. Setting the conversion layer leds to the height of buildings along the direction of stiffness uniformity great mutation pathway force major changes, which makes the conversion layer structure can not be analyzed by conventional structure and design,so reasonable choice of conversion layer structure template support program is particularly important.This paper describes the types of high-rise buildings conversion layer support system, basic requirements, design difficulties, construction technology and key points. Reinforced concrete beam conversion layer and steel reinforced concrete beam conversion layer was simulated by Abaqus finite element analysis method.Following conclusions were obtained: stress and deformation can be well simulated by Abaqus,so it has guiding significance for practical engineering; maximum load the program, the average load floor, pole maximum load, average load four pole force index of pouring concrete floors secondary was significantly better than the overall placement of the corresponding index; Through simulation of steel reinforced concrete beam conversion layer, three layers were needed to both economic and security.
