"9.11terrorist attacks" caused huge casualties and property losses, which made thestructural security issues in accidental disaster be paid great attention by the structuralengineering community. At present, study on the structural progressive collapse isextensive and profound. However, on the other hand, the current structure to resistprogressive collapse of the study is mainly confined to the typical RC frame structure,so if the related conclusion can be suitable for high-rise building structure remains to befurther analysis. As a kind of common structural form, the resistance to progressivecollapse of the high-rise building with conversion layer is still a lack of reliable,practical analysis and evaluation methods, because the mechanical behavior of theconversion component is complicated and load path are difficult to be continuous,through and complete. The main content of this article is the progressive collapseresistance research of the partial frame and frame-supported shear wall structure. Themain research work is as follows:(1)The establishment of the numerical analysis of the finite element model.Basedon the material constitutive model of reinforced concrete and fiber beam elements andlayered shell element theory, according to the structure of current regulatoryrequirements in China, the high-rise building with conversion layer structure of a typicalfull-size and three-dimensional numerical model is established.(2)The performance analysis and evaluation of the conversion layer structure toresist progressive collapse. Considering the mechanical properties of conversionstructure, the continuous collapse rule and the mechanical behavior of the conversion layer is mainly studied with the nonlinear dynamic alternate path method.(3)The performance analysis and evaluation of the upper frame-shear wallstructure to resist progressive collapse. According to the characteristics of the frame-shear wall structure, the continuous collapse resistance of the frame shear structure isexamined, and the dynamic process of mechanical behavior and resistance distributionis researched by the respective removal of frame column and shear wall conditionalanalysis.(4)According to the research contents of this paper, the progressive collapse designstrategies and methods are improved for the PC resistance of the high-rise buildingstructure with conversion layer. And structure can resist progressive collapse adequatelyby improving the building structure plan, ensuring the continuity of component,improving the redundancy of the structure and some other measures.
