This study focus on the quality control of construction project, the SPC(Statistical Process Control) quality control method is applied to the decoration engineering quality control, combined with examples of stone veneer installation and raised floor laying,then make a verification analysis, illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the statistical quality control in the decoration engineering.Firstly, a brief introduction of quality management theory discussed in comprehensively, analyzed the problem under the new situation of China's construction quality control,then the SPC Application in Decoration Engineering Quality Control was presented become a new idea; the second, for the SPC quality control theory are outlined, especially the multivariate statistical process control(MSPC) method and principal component analysis(PCA) quality diagnosis as key elements in this part, moreover, Shewhart control charts, Hotelling multivariate T 2 control chart, process capability index Cp, which were the basic elements of statistical control model; Third, expounds the quality diagnosis and methods: principal component analysis(PCA), established the process of quality diagnosis model based on principal component analysis, by the T 2 statistics and SPE statistics to implement quality diagnosis; fourth, combining two engineering examples: installation of marble walls and floor laying works, using existing data, a simulation application in stone finishes and floor installation process was made by multivariate statistical process control: first extract the quality characteristics, collection the data related, make pluralism T 2 control chart; then the multivariate process capability analysis and quality diagnostic model PCA were established on the basis of T 2 control chart, respectively on two quality indicators: "stone wall joint width X1" ? "floor surface flatness Y1" made a simulation of quality diagnostic analysis; Finally, this study discusses the basic model of quality improvement, focus on the two indications, draw up a quality improvement programs and propose appropriate measures for improvement, quality control in decoration implemented completely, and a good effect achieved.At the end of the study, section on statistical process quality control applications are summarized, and the prospect of SPC methods to make the application and promotion in engineering.
