The continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous improvement of residents’consumption levels have promoted the continuous expansion of the building decoration market.The immaturity of the decoration industry makes it impossible to effectively guarantee the quality of decoration.Not only can it not meet the individual needs of customers,but also often rework due to substandard quality.Therefore,how to effectively ensure the quality of building decoration is an indispensable part of the development process of the building decoration industry.Questions to evade.This article takes the building decoration process as the object and the decoration quality control as the purpose,introduces information technology to improve the quality control ability,and uses the statistical process control method to improve the quality control effect.The main research work is as follows:(1)Establish a building decoration quality information model to realize the integration of quality information in the decoration process.On the basis of analyzing the quality of building decoration,combined with the characteristics of the decoration project,considering the quality control situation in the actual construction process,clarify the quality information model system framework.According to the basic links of quality control,combined with the content of quality control,three basic information models of quality requirement information model,quality monitoring information model and quality acceptance information model that match the three stages of pre-event,during and post-event are designed,and are based on Autodesk Revit As a research platform,it analyzes the function realization algorithms of the three basic information models.(2)Design the building decoration quality information management system to complete the management and storage of quality information.On the basis of analyzing the insufficiency of the quality information model,clarify the requirements of the quality information management system and complete the system framework design.Revit secondary development technology and MySQL database interaction technology are used to store and manage data through MySQL database while integrating quality data,improve the batch data processing capabilities of the quality information model,and realize the direct management of quality data in the construction process.(3)Introduce multivariate statistical process control methods to diagnose the quality of building decoration.Based on the large amount of information stored in the quality information management system,a new idea of applying the SPC method to the quality control of building decoration is proposed.Introduce the multivariate quality control method of Hotelling T~2 distribution,use T~2 control chart and process capability index for quality diagnosis,and analyze the optimization requirements of quality diagnosis methods,use PCA method to optimize its index structure,improve the efficiency of quality diagnosis,and improve the quality control mode.(4)Build a PDCA quality information recycling network to achieve continuous improvement of the quality of information-based building decoration.Through the PDCA cycle framework,the construction process quality information cycle network is established,combined with a project example,to further verify the effectiveness of the quality control method based on BIM technology and SPC method.
