Precast concrete frame structure is the future of the architectural structures. However, It can't be promoted now because of the lack of seismic capacity. In this paper, the installation of a sector lead viscoelastic dampers(SLVD) at the precast beam-column joints is been proposed, to improve the stiffness, strength, capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the precast concrete frame structure, to enhance the seismic performance of frame structure. Our group has designed and produced two specimens 1/3 two-story double-span concrete frame as in-situ concrete frame(XJ) and the prefabricated concrete frame with SLVD(SZ), and carried out under the same conditions of low cyclic loading test and finite element simulation. Comparing with the specifications of prefabricated concrete frame(ZP) and the in-situ concrete frame with SLVD(SX), the study showed that: the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete frame structure is significantly lower in situ structure; SLVD has dramatically increased the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete frame; the seismic behavior of the prefabricated concrete structures with SLVD has achieved the level of in-situ concrete frame. In this paper we establish XJ, SX, ZP, SZ four kinds of frame structure finite element model with software ABAQUS, and verify the validity of the finite element model. The analysis shows that improving the axial compression ratio of structure will increase capacity of frame structure, and the length of pouring concrete zone and intensity of the concrete will not have a significant effect on the structural capacity.
