Research On Spatial Characteristic Evaluation Of Construction Land Of The Counties In Anhui Province

Traditional urbanization one-sided emphasized on the status and role of big and central cities but ignored the potential power of small and medium-sized cities such as the county. The carrying out of National new urbanization makes the county become one of the most important contents of national and provincial level researches. Meanwhile, the scarcity and irrefragable of land resources requires our urban space and land cannot blindly expanded and extensively utilized. at this background, this paper attempts to evaluate the construction land from spatial usage, spatial aggregation and spatial structure in the view of physical space to categorize the county in Anhui province and to construct the spatial feature maps. Based on this, the paper attempts to come up with the spatial optimization strategies to become the references for promoting the construction and management of the county in Anhui province.Firstly, by constructing the index system to measure the spatial utilization level of construction land use in Anhui Province in 2014, the spatial pattern and spatial dependence characteristics of each county were analyzed. The results show that the overall spatial utilization level of construction land use in Anhui Province in 2014 has large differences, forming "open" spatial distribution pattern; the overall level shows a positive correlation, but the overall level of agglomeration is not high.Secondly, the spatial pattern and spatial dependence were analyzed based on the spatial aggregation level of the construction land use in the county. The results show that the overall aggregation level of construction land use in Anhui Province in 2014 is higher, but there is a big difference between the county; the spatial aggregation level shows a gradient distribution, showing high in the East and low in the West, high in the North and low in the South in space; There are local spatial correlation in the interior space of the county.Thirdly, the building layout status map of the construction land use in the 56 counties in Anhui Province in 2014 was diagram-analyzed and summarized. The 56 counties' construction status is divided into seven spatial structure types: homogeneous spheres, irregular extension type, edge loose type, industrial extraterrestrial expansion type, enclave jumping, bead type and tree type.Finally, according to the spatial utilization and spatial aggregation level of construction land use in Anhui Province in 2014, the Anhui Province county is divided into four types: senior expansion type, aggregation insufficiency type, lower extensive type, insufficient use type. Combined with county type of space structure, the space map type of construction land use in Anhui Province is established and the optimization strategy of construction land use is presented. The strategy emphasizes that the senior dilated type should enhance the quality; the deficiency type should focus on the integration of construction land; the insufficient aggregate type should strengthen internal land filling; the lower extensive type should continue the intensive development.Database establishes a preliminary basis for the subsequent study on the county series. The county building space overall cognitive, classification and optimization strategy, in order to provide reference to promote the construction and management of Anhui Province County,are different from the traditional focus only on urban agglomeration, big cities or in a single county case study and only in accordance with the geographical division of the county.
