The organic delay composition prepared by picric acid-based cocrystal(Abbreviation PA/NAPH)and organic burning rate modulators was taken as research object.Accroding to the theory of knowledge as a guide,experimental as means,the design,prepareation and characterization of PA/NAPH cocrystal had been researched.The organic delay composition made up of picranisic-based cocrystal and organic burning rate modulators had been designed.In addition,the effect of formulation ratio,charge density,high-temperature and high-humidity environment on delay time and delay accuracy of the delay composition was also investigated.The results show that: PA/NAPH cocrystal in non-covalent forces of ?-?stacking are formed cocrystal.The optimum conditions for the preparation of the cocrystal is that the PA:NAPH = 1:1.5,the organic solvent is added 0.2ml,grinded 120 min and placed 2h.Finally,excess naphthalene in the cocrystal is removed at 70? constant temperature.2? of XRD diffraction pattern in the 12.04°~15.72°,26.60°~27.76° range,there has been different from the pure component NAPH and PA new diffraction peaks.Cocrystal benzene ring skeleton vibration absorption peaks and OH bond outer surface bending vibration absorption peaks relative to pure component NAPH and PA corresponding peak are occurred displacement in IR.It explains that the cocrystal consists of ?-? stacking and hydrogen bonding interactions.TG-DTA curve cocrystal melting and decomposition temperature of the test data show that the cocrystal is successfully prepared.The formulations of organic delay composition composed with naphthalene/picric acid cocrystal and organic burning rate modulators conclude A(65/35),B(55/45),C(45/55),the three groups can combust steadily,the burning rates are slow and can ignite the next level of potassium picrate.With different ratio of the organic delay composition,it can get different delay times.Under ordinary temperature and pressure,the average delay time of A is 28.677 s,the average time of B is 19.604 s,the average delay time of C is 12.228 s,which provided the possibility for the formation of different time series.When the charge density of formula A is in 1.353 g/cm~3~1.413g/cm~3,which the average delay time is 28.370 s and delay time maximum relative error is-5.746%.Charge density of formula B is in 1.456g/cm~3~1.533g/cm~3,its average delay time is 12.751 s and maximum delay time relative error is-6.596%.And the extension of the delay time can meet the accuracy requirements.Although the delay time of the organic delay composition in high temperature and high humidity is changed,but the change is small,it can still meet the requirements of the delay time and precision,which laid the technical foundation for the further research and information for second-level organic delay composition.
