With the strategic concept of "The Belt and Road" put forward and implemented,Increase the traffic flow of the ship in the territorial waters of our country,but also put forward higher requirements to protect the safety of maritime navigation and the marine environment.With the advantages of safety,rapid,no terrain constraints,the UAV has become a new tool for the maritime sector to carry out ship.The application of UAV,compensate the lack of the traditional maritime cruise equipment in emergency disposal,and improve the efficiency of maritime emergency rescue and maritime supervision.UVA positioning for sea target based on aerial image solve the problem of maritime targeting,but the system are still some problems in practical applications.This article conducted the research that in applications positioning for sea target based on aerial image exist the problem that the GPS and attitude sensor acquisition rate is not consistent,and due to the large disturbance factors of the marine environment,the collected data exist missing data,anomalies and other defects.in order to solve the problem of the system in the application process.Firstly,we summarized the research achievements at domestic and foreign in the UAV aerial application,aerial targeting technology and data processing,according to the maritime aerial imagery targeting system needs,conducted the research of the synchronization of target location data,the reason of abnormal data and the data processing.On the basis of this,proposed the time synchronization point interpolation data synchronization algorithm and fuzzy control adaptive Kalman filter data processing algorithms that appropriate for this system,and the effectiveness of the algorithm simulation.Finally,using the research results perfect function and correction of the existing research aerial imagery maritime targets "one-click" positioning software.Algorithm model proposed in this paper are verified by simulation tests show that:according to the application environment of the sea,the GPS and AHRS pose data are processed by the time synchronization point interpolation data synchronization algorithm and the fuzzy control adaptive Kalman filtering data processing algorithm can meet the demand of aerial images of the sea target positioning.Among them,by using the GPS data update time as the synchronization time for the AHRS to synchronize the interpolation process,not only can realize the synchronization between the two kinds of data,but also avoid the synchronization time pointAHRS attitude no data problem.Fuzzy control adaptive Kalman filter as an aerial image data processing method,which its in the process of data error optimization,the algorithm can solve the problem that the data is missing,and the reliability of the system is improved.This paper uses Visual C++ to improve the system software,data synchronization and data processing software is written into the system,and the corresponding tests are carried out.In the end,the paper put forward the further improvement of the study,as well as the prospect of the later development.
